***PLEASE NOTE*** The brake master cylinder will have to be bled off of the bars and held below the triple clamp in order to bleed the brakes properly. Air will escape at the highest position, which is the reservoir if you hold your master below it.
01 Honda Cbr 929 Rr Triple Tree
Our fork conversion kits work with any forks that have a 50mm top diameter, and a 53-56mm bottom diameter (where the triple tree clamps at the top and bottom). Our fork-to-fork spacing of 214mm will therefore allow for most fork makes and models to be used. Because CBR 929/954/1000RR forks already come with a 214mm spacing, they are considered plug and play. However, for other fork makes like Suzuki GSXR, or Yamaha R1, all that is required is spacing out the brake discs/rotors so that they are aligned with the centre of the calipers. If you intend on using the original Yamaha R1 wheel, you will need to adapt the R1 brake discs/rotors by 2mm either side (because the original fork to fork spacing has been changed from 210mm to 214mm). You will also need to make a 2mm spacer to take up the room at the axle spacers.
